entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage.
Custom Products
Because custom products are made specifically for the customer, change-of-mind refunds are generally
not available once production has begun.
Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, customers may contact UpDesignLab with details and photos of the
issue to arrange replacement or refund where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.
