You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Custom Products

Custom products are made specifically for each customer, change-of-mind refunds are not available once production has begun. To ensure customer satisfaction, all custom orders are placed through WhatsApp. We only begin printing after the customer confirms all details and approves the design. Our team will be with you every step of the way, from start to finish.

Ready-made products can be ordered directly through our website. Custom products, however, must be ordered via WhatsApp to ensure accuracy and clear communication.

Faulty Products

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, customers must contact UpDesign Lab within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.
